September, 19 2008 - Caleb's 16 month
birthday was a few days ago. He's growing so fast, everything is changing. But,
the thing that has changed the most over the past few months has been his language. He's
saying words, he's making up words, he's making up sentences, and
sometimes he has whole made up conversations (with made up words and
sentences). Check out the video:
August 27, 2008 - Need a good
laugh? Watch Caleb try to kick the balloon (and he can now smile on request
- see above)!
August 13, 2008 - Caleb is 15
months old today! Hardly seems possible. As you might expect, he's now old
enough to do anything he wants and lately he's wanted to practice
kicking(his Scopa would be so
proud!!). Check out the vid.
August 2, 2008 - How sad, summer
break is almost over! Just a few weeks before school starts again and all
our traveling is done. We spent last week driving to Michigan to visit lots
of family (with Scoma, aunt Jen, and aunt Joc), catch up with friends, play
games, pick blueberries, celebrate a birthday, and relax on the beach
(Caleb was OK with sand, but unsure about water). The drive went well, none
of us threw a tantrum or were fussy during the entire 26 hours of being in
the car (not even the little boy in the car seat). Any chance the same
thing will be true in 10 years? Below are a few pics from the trip.
July 14, 2008 - Aunt Jen and her
